Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HireProxy.ai, a multi-tenant SaaS platform operated by Broadlake Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing any candidate site hosted on HireProxy.ai (e.g., name.hireproxy.ai), visitors agree to the following:

If we determine that your site contains materially false information about your professional background—including fabricated credentials, falsified employment history, or invented metrics—we reserve the right to unpublish your site immediately and terminate your account without refund. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the trust of recruiters and hiring managers who rely on it.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Broadlake Technologies LLC, its officers, and its agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the content you provide to the platform, (b) AI-generated responses based on your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) any third-party claims related to your use of the service.

Your use of HireProxy.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of HireProxy.ai will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in North Carolina, USA. Either party may bring claims in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
